When should I place my Christmas/New Years holiday order?
Every year the dealine for custom holiday orders is November 30th! After this date the only chocolate available for purchase are novelty items and pre-packed assortment boxes.

How should I store my chocolates?
We recommend storing chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration, as it may cause condensation that alters texture and flavor.
How long do your chocolates last?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 6 months of purchase. Within this time the flavor profile will still be fresh. The fragile Meltaways, however, tend to lose their shape two weeks after purchase date.
Can I create a custom chocolate box?
Yes! Visit our store to hand-select your chocolates or choose from the "Custom" options online.
Can I create a box based on my Client Card?
Yes! Visit our store to hand-select your chocolates or choose from the "Custom" option online and enter the name on the client card where instructed.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via USPS Priority to aim for delivery within 72 hours from order placement on business days.
What does the shipping charge include?
Our shipping fee includes USPS Priority delivery, packaging, tracking, and insurance coverage (up to $100). If you experience any issues with timing or package condition, please contact USPS and use your tracking number to file a claim for reimbursement of your insured package.
Do you ship chocolates year-round?
We ship year-round, but warm weather may affect availability. If shipping to certain temperature zones, an ice pack will be added to ensure the integrity of the chocolate. However, all orders shipping to warm climates are at the customer’s risk.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept returns. If you experience an issue, please contact us.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order is processed.
What if my order is delayed?
After the package departs from our facility we are no longer responsible for any delays or shipping issues that may occur. Once in transit, please contact USPS with any concerns regarding the arrivial of your order.
Can I modify my order after it is placed?
All orders are final, so make sure everything looks correct at checkout, and it should be smooth sailing! If you make an error, the best way to reach out is to email us and we’ll do our best to help, but please note that no changes are guaranteed. The sooner you get in touch, the better! If your order is set to ship within 24 hours, we unfortunately cannot make any changes (this includes cancellations). We appreciate your understanding!
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, select in-store pickup at checkout.
When will my pick-up order be ready?
Orders for in-store pick up will be ready within 48 hours. You will recieve an email notfication to the provided email address when it is ready to be picked up.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can add a gift message and all online orders are automatically gift wrapped.
Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can select a future shipping date at checkout.
Do you offer corporate gifting options?
Yes! Email us for bulk or corporate gift orders.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan chocolates?
Currently, we do not have vegan chocolates, but some of our dark chocolates may not contain dairy ingredients. However, all chocolates are processed in a facility that handles dairy.
Are your chocolates nut-free?
We use shared equipment, so we cannot guarantee nut-free chocolates.
Do you offer sugar-free chocolates?
We do offer sugar-free options that are availble upon request. Give us a call or shoot us an email! .
Do you offer seasonal chocolates?
Yes! We offer holiday and seasonal specials throughout the year.
What is a Meltaway?
The Meltaway is our signature confection and most famous creation—crafted to deliver an irresistibly smooth and indulgent experience. Infused with our classic mocha or a variety of flavors like rich peanut butter or vibrant raspberry, each Meltaway is enrobed in a thin, velvety chocolate shell. Can I order items that are "Sold Out" or not showing up on the website?
If an item is marked “Sold Out,” it will likely be restocked soon. Please check back on our website for availability. If an item is no longer listed on the website, it is most likely a seasonal piece that is not available at this time. For corporate or bulk orders of seasonal or out-of-stock items, please email us.
