Orders received by 3pm will be shipped via USPS Priority to help ensure that your edible and perishable item(s) arrive within 48 hours* (on business days).
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your shipping order is processed. This is the best way to stay informed about the location and status of your package.
Our shipping fee includes USPS Priority delivery, packaging, tracking, and insurance coverage (up to $100). If you experience any issues with timing or package condition, please contact USPS and use your tracking number to file a claim for reimbursement of your insured package.
Our packages do not require a signature upon receipt and will be left at the door or inside the mailbox if at a residential location.
If an order is requested to ship to a warm-weather region, it may require additional packaging or be denied completely.
Orders being shipped to destinations where the temperature is 75 degrees or higher ARE AT YOUR RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MELTED CHOCOLATES! PLEASE CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF YOUR SHIPPING DESTINATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER!
Shipping to a hot destination may result in an error message.
*Stowaway Sweets is not responsible and will not issue refunds for delays caused by USPS, significant weather events, or incorrect recipient information entered during the ordering process. We are also not responsible for stolen packages.
